Claims he's called "Luke" and claims to be my "local energy adviser" which considering he's based in Leeds - around 250 miles away - is a bit of a stretch. He's rung before. I'm registered with TPS.

Every time an unknown call such as this is answered, the number is marked active and remains in circulation for reuse. Don't answer.
Scam caller wanted payment for subscription renewal which was overdue and left me at risk, just needed my bank details. When I said I have no subscription with his fake organisation he hung up. Beware this band of thieves want your bank details to commit fraud and empty your bank account.

They said they heard that I had been in a car accident.
took the call (instantly recognized the fake ambient baground office noises... boring!) and responded saying Yes! hehe... when asked further info told them I am here in spirit and could they send the claim money to my address of : 666 Dead end road, City of: lost souls, County of: Far out of reach In: Hell :)
Called my number but caller ended call upon my answering.
Answered call, asked when I had the accident, told them somebody shot me in the head two days previously and killed me, they hung up,
