Leeds university graduate outcome survey - that’s what they said, but the line kept cutting in and out and felt very off

They had full name of the person they were calling, when asked who was speaking, she started to say her name but call cut off before any other info gathered. Has tried calling several times, feels like spam, although we find it concerning that they have rung both landline and mobile numbers (previous mobile call was ignored and they hung up without going though the BT Call Protect system on the landline). We are registered with TPS
