Lcs are a debt collectors for hmrc (who I phoned to check so I know who they are but my bill rocketed after calling them so if they are calling you I would just answer it'll save you a small fortune

also got a text to call LCS on 3rd december 2014 at around 4.30pm sounds dodgy thought was a debt company but obviously not seems like a mass message sent out

Did some digging using the number the call came from (01483 815 300). Number is registered to a freight company called 'Novatrans (UK)'. Attempted to use their email contact address on the website, but this was bounced by google as not existing. The company website looks like it was rushed together and is not of the quality that you would expect for a company claiming the type of trade and customer base that it portrays. I am presuming that this is some sort of phishing scam designed to get people to phone the 0844 number.
