This is the first call I've had from this number, but I've had similar calls from similar numbers. It was a recording with a woman's voice. As best as I can remember she said that she was calling from Visa security, and there were two suspicious transactions on my card. One was for £99 from Amazon and the other was for £1190 from Zoom. She said that I had never bought from these places before, so I should press 1 to approve these transactions, or 2 to be transferred to the security team (or something similar). At no point did she mention my name or ask me any security questions, which a genuine call from my card provider has always done in the past, and since I don't have a Visa card it was clearly a scam. Also I buy regularly from Amazon, so that was another clue. I didn't press any number, I just hung up.
