They called claiming they are doing checks on accounts that have had little interaction with NatWest Branches . Then asked about mortgage details which i declined to speak about and left the call. Voice was northern accent and soft spoken so not immediate discerning
Guy called saying he was from natwest and wanted to book in an appointment to discuss savings rates etc when I advised I was busy he gave this 07711764400 number to call to go through things. Obviously I won't be calling it.
Also claiming to be from NatWest bank. I did not give any details and messaged NatWest immediately - they said that they had no record of any calls to my number so I would state that this is a scam number. Caller (woman) sounds very genuine and even offered to book a zoom call appointment to ‘prove that she was in the bank when she was speaking with me’. Obviously, I did not do this. Please be aware.
