Same as others, a lady called, saying I had sponsored a local campaign (even used a local place to our company) had all my details company name etc
Like many others, my phone system took a call from a woman claiming I'd sponsored something. Scam.
Woman called saying we had sponsored campaign for books for schools and did I have a preference for which school to send the books to. asked for me by name and company. Total Scam. If you get this call HANG UP !!!
Left a message using my name and company details saying I had been involved in some campaign I had never heard of. Didn't call back.
Called saying I'd spoken to them in March and agreed to sponsor booklets for a bullying campaign, was quite insistent that I had, which I told her I was 100% certain I hadn't, she said she'd send it to the queries team, I told her you can send it where you want. Definitely a scam.
Woman called, claiming my business had agreed to sponsor some anti-bullying book campaign. That she was part of the National saftey campaign and that the previously agreed invoice was due for payment. Obviously a scam but she had all my information and company information so it was a rather thought out.
Scam pretending they had called already and agreed to sponsor a campaign. Seen these fake charity scams dozens of times before. Nothing new. Don't engage. A lady.
Said I'd agreed to sponsor books for primary school for a bullying campaign. Where to send the books, and the invoice? Very much a scam.
Said I'd agreed to sponsor books for primary school for a bullying campaign. Where to send the books, and the invoice? Very improbable and a common scam.
