EE scam, want you to upgrade your phone, they order phone with your credit card details, have wrong phone sent so tell you to return it, they arrange return with royal mail (RM print label, you send phone but it goes to scammer and not where it was ordered from, you are liable for the monthly bill as phone is never returned to company (ie Currys, Carphone warehouse etc)
