Called my elderly cognitive impaired mother saying she'd won a crossword competition on ITV even though she's now incapable of calling anyone, she can just about answer the phone, and certainly not able to win any competition. She doesn't even know what day it is. They had her name and a dress which is concerning. Then went silent when I asked more questions such as which competition and who are you
