Free energy survey......not much else, but say "local" when obviously not! Lots of calls on slightly different numbers.
Received so far 4 calls from slightly different numbers (one digit change) all from the "Energy Advice Counsel" telling me I can have a free consultation for loft insulation. Key points are... They are using EPC data from online sources. They are only offering from what I can tell "free consultation" somewhere along the line that consultation will result in you parting with cash. (That's my theory not fact)
