Silent, I don't usually answer types of calls but my phone was connected to the car decided to answer itself. I kept silent
I don't answer unknown number. My phone keeps the calls silent. The person either clearly didn't listen to the voicemail message, or is a call centre calling lots of numbers at once and only answers when th system hears something, and ended up leaving a message saying "Hello, how are you doing today? You ok?" before realising that he got my voicemail. Timewasters.
They didn't speak for 5 seconds or so, then said they were a housing officer following up on a report that I submitted. Obvious nonsense.

They mentioned that I wanted to report an incident. 100% scammers. People without morals. Avoid at any cost.
I answered almost immediately but said nothing. Silence and they hung up. Dodgy.
