Dwr Cymru, Welsh water responing to a survey I did
Dwr Cymru / Welsh Water calling regarding a survey I did regarding an account issue not being resolved. I also recieved a text from a mobile number too, which I originally thought was also a scam. Confirmed it's all legit after calling them back. Their prices are insane and customer service a bit sloppy but that doesn't make them a scam.
It's Dwr cymru! Not happy with them! Now charging double ! Shady and money grabbing idiots !

They keep calling every day
They sounded like they were pretending to be EE. I would not give them any account or SIM details.
