Phoned the coroner's office a few days prior. Survey for satisfaction based on the service received from HM's coroner's office. Nothing seemed suspicious.

Call from this number, was told I had to do a survey for my business if I did not complete this I would be fined up-to £2000.00. The business survey is compulsory but can not find any further information about this. I was told from the call that they would email us the survey!!! This has not happened, sounds very much like a scam if it is true then it is still a scam for government to make extra cash, me thinks...
