person said they were from 3 mobile and wanted me to share my personal details so that they could lower my phone bill to £25 per month from £35 per month. Or if I accepted a free upgrade to a iPhone 14 I would only need to pay £30 a month - extremely dodgy!! They then said they had all of my account details but kept asking more and more questions so they could send the paperwork to me... I hung up as it was definitely not genuine.
