Claimed to be from "the Council" checking up on council and private renters, whether we had any outstanding repair or mould issues. The reply "No, nothing like that" had him thank me and ring off.

No one spoke, and they hung up. It's great those service exists, now if they call again, I'll know this is a scam call number.

Claims to be from the legal department. Clearly a scam call - told them to f*ck off and got a f*ck you too response which was pleasing to know they understood the suggestion.

Called me at 5pm today (Wednesday 26th March 2025) but didn't leave a voicemail. I have just called them back at 6:30pm on the same day and the number is not connected nor is it ringing or diverted to a voicemail service. It doesn't seem to be very professional to me now and feels a bit fishy. Therefore I have blocked and reported it.

Phoned up claiming that I had been in an RTA with one of their customers. Couldn't provide my registration or location of accident then got very nervous when I told him that the call was being recorded and he put the phone down.
