They will tell you that they can provide you with a new phone at no extra cost than you are paying now. They must be new to the scam game as even for scammers the sales putch was flawed! I wasted their time for half an hour before I told them that I knew what they were scammers. Funny thing is they then hung up on me. How rude :-)

I missed this call so didn't answer to know who it was. I've been receiving an inordinate amount of spam recently so can only assume it is another caller pretending to be a mobile network.
