Sounded like a scam to me. Said I took out Bristol Water plumbing insurance cover in 2022 (pretty sure I didn’t) Then offered me a reduced rate. I said it sounded like a scam. He wouldn’t say who he was and but said he was ringing on behalf of Bristol Water. When I insisted that he tell me the name of HIS company he swore and put the phone down. Pathetic.
