Indian person asking about housing. Obvious scam

Housing problem allegedly. Asked if there were cracks, mould etc. hung up when I pushed them on who they were

Guy with Indian accent asking about housing repairs. Obvious shame.

Said he was from the housing dept. As it was after 5pm and he didn't state the local authority he was calling on behalf, I assumed it was a scam. Asked me to confirm the damp/mold/crack I'd reported. I said I hadn't put in a report and he hung up.

Said they were contacting me regarding housing issues, I tried to probe for more information like if they know my address, name etc didn't answer those questions. And sounded like pre recorded voice notes

Called saying I had been in a car accident, which is total lies. When I asked where they had got my number from, they said it was from 3rd party insurance and this was the number they were told to call.

Wanted to discuss my problems with Howdens. It was a scam. I have no dealings with Howden

Called and stay exactly what everyone else is saying here defo a scam

'Kevin' called about the repairs report I'd put in to my housing officer (I own my house, so wasn't true). Said I think they had the wrong number. He asked me if I had any damp and mould repairs to report and when I said it wouldn't matter to him as my house isn't rented, he put the phone down. Tried to call the number back and it's an recorded audio saying they'd called me about my repair.

Housing repair company regarding a fault I had reported, ( I hadn't) they asked if my home was damp etc. I asked what was on the report I had put in and they put the phone down.

Scammmm!!!!
