I have Call Guardian - caller has to state who they are or they don't get through. Moment I see a missed call from an unknown number (which this was) when I know I've been sitting next to the phone, I know it's a robocaller/scam call.

No one spoke & then call terminated , when dialled number comes up as unrecognised. Probably a scam.
