Answered, chap said his name was Mark from 3. I hung up because I’d not long dealt with a problem with 3 and thought I’d check in here. Looks like a scam so glad I hung up.
Missed their call and when called back - to bait them - number disconnected
Called saying they are from three network offering promotional discount on my bill, but didn't know how much I paid. Ended the call.

Scam call from India
Appeared as St Albans which is my home town. When i answered they hung up instantly. I have lived in London for 6 years now so unsure who sold my number (maybe storage access?)
01992 274016 did exactly the same to me , they hung up 1 second after , now blocked
They let it ring a long time. When I finally answered, a male with a very heavy accent (Chinese, Japanese?) said something about Lea Valley, with which I'm not familiar. I asked him to repeat who he was, and couldn't understand, so I hung up.
Marked as Potential Spam on my mobile app but I answered anyway, They claimed to be from Carphone Warehouse, at which point I hung up
Uknown, picked up but line went dead straight away.

No idea, called the once and I did not answer as it was unrecognised
