Likely a SPAM call. I just answered and then didn't speak, which these idiots generally do. At least wasted their phone bill and a bit of time which would have otherwise have been spent annoying someone else

Got a one time code through from my mobile service provider and then a second later this number called me. My phone flagged it up as spam (I wouldn't have answered anyway though!) Definitely a scammer trying to claim they work for your service provider in order to gain access to your account. Do not accept the call or phone them back!
