I just had the same thing - I called them back. I just said I'm a renter and don't own a house and hung up on them.
Said they were the Energy Hub and asked about my loft insulation. This lot repeatedly call despite being told not to several times. Next time I may agree to a survey just to find out what company it really is. I have reported them to the Information Commissioner's Office. 01917436852

Allegedly a Local Energy Advisor, 0191 743 6852, but this is at least the sixth 'Energy Adviser' we have received a call from, and three from Durham/Tynside Area Code. Blacklisted it, as we do all, on BT Call Protect.
Said they were our local energy adviser - when I said I wasn't the home owner they didn't want to speak to me.
