I received a call this afternoon on my landline- which I never use ~ he knew my name ~ Hey had a strong foreign accent was saying he was from BT ~ offering me a special deal on full fibre broadband ~ which I already have ~ it was a really bad line & the noise in the background sounded like he was in a call centre ~ I hung up ~ got to be another scam. Knew my name and mobile number and sent a pin number to my mobile. Very suspicious. calling BT now to check

Had 3 calls from this number claiming to be from BT. Sounded very busy and said my broadband had issues. There was some interference. Didn't sound genuine. They put phone down on me twice, third time I didn't answer it.
