The caller did not clearly identify the company they were representing. The individual had a strong accent that was difficult to understand and appeared to be from an overseas call centre. The only information I could gather was a general reference to a “claim” and that a legal team would be contacting me, possibly in relation to a car. I am unsure what this refers to, as I have not made any claims and have not been involved in any recent accidents. The number that was on the display screen of my phone showed 01914647242
