Genuine. Currently with simo via carephone warehouse website for vodafone. Caller knew first name and only mentioned email to send it to no spelling it out. Send email did look sketchy but after clicking link went through to documents part and looked genuine. Caller did not keep me on phone after I said I will look into email later only mentioned if can do by x time as will end up being Monday. Anyways the contract docs in email looked genuine no funny spelling & everything looked legitimate. Hour later receiving the usual automated text messages from voda regarding spend cap and the free trial of secure net. Which I will now go into voda app to adjust them. Worked out slightly less for more data up until April 2027 increase so locked it in on a 24 months. On a side note I went thru carephone warehouse website years ago as worked out more data for less cost also they do some promotional gift that can be used in currys. Since currys is part of carphone warehouse or something like that

Called from Carphone Warehouse (Curry's) re upgrading/changing my contract. Seems quite genuine. He already seemed to have most of my personal details so I didn't have to give out anything that he didn't already know. My contract is due for renewal and he had the details of it so, unless Curry's have had a massive data breach, this number is ok
Got a call from this number when I said hello nothing I said it 3 times then it was cut off not happy at all blocking number asap
Have phoned me on various landline numbers 3 times a day over the last 2 weeks. Blocking doesn’t work as they just phone from another number
They've called 3 times today, said they were calling from Vodafone in Curry's (which was where I took my phone contract out from a few years ago) he knew my name but, didnt ask for any personal details he said I was due a upgrade, which I will be in a few months. Seems legitimate, but you never know these days.
Said they were from curry's for a phone upgrade but I didn't want to confirm my date of birth. The guy was very pushy for it which made me more suspicious.
Apparent Carphone wearhouse, hung up on me as soon as i said i didn't want to talk about personal details over the phone. Seems very suspicious.
Answered a call, supposedly from Carphone Warehouse, offered a so called cracking deal with a free (cheap phone) as a spare on a 2 year sim only contract, didn't want the phone and could have got a far better deal elsewhere. I said no and he started to get stroppy, think Carphone Wharehouse need to sort their sales team out as I now wont use Carphone warehouse again.
Number is from Carphone Warehouse. They have not stopped calling for the past week (2-3 times a day). Ignoring calls and blocking doesn't work.
Has called me 8 times in 2 days ... even tho I’ve blocked the number it still keeps calling ... have no idea what it is for
