Claimed to be our local energy advisor. If local then why is he 100 miles from me. What's the point of Telephone preference service when we still get cold calls?

This number 01909259029 has called my house at least 4 or 5 times asking about our roof structure ie state of rafters etc always early in the morning it is annoying. It is a live conversation and despite being told our roof is fine and he has been told not to ring again he has persisted in doing so
