The person said they were from Vodafone and could upgrade my contract. It sounded too good to be true so they emailed me with the details and it looked real but the email address didn't look right. I would steer clear

Call centre busy background noise and a lady with an almost unintelligible Indian accent claiming to be from Vodafone. Wanted to know how much I was paying, hung up when I said I wasn’t interested.

called answered. Silence. Seems like an auto caller and hangs up when no robot agents available to take the call. Number blocked on phone. no more issues that way.
