just received a call from a gentleman pretending to be from Aztec Company saying I was owed £3,500 and that he would put this in my bank from a PPI claim in 2017 (cannot remember putting a claim in). When I asked for a number to call him back and an official letter confirming the PPI he refused stating he needed my bank details I have give my details by accident so what should I do then I have had help me out

Two calls. Apparently owed £3900 in PPI from "black car finance" and when I questioned who they were they hung up. Definitely a scam

I just received a call from a gentleman pretending to be from Aztec Company saying I was owed £3,500 and that he would put this in my bank from a PPI claim in 2017 (cannot remember putting a claim in). When I asked for a number to call him back and an official letter confirming the PPI he refused stating he needed my bank details before he could send an email. Advised I would not be giving my details out without official information. He became irrate stating "then your claim will be dropped" searched the internet for this company and stated they were on 2022 Wentlock Road, London and when asked to confirm the company address it was a different number. Be careful of these scammers!

Apparently I put in a investigation in 2017 for Ppi and they were ringing to give me a refund….. no Thank you. Scammers.

Very bad line, chap with Indian accent. Said he wanted to talk about my old PPI claim, that was settled years ago. Didn’t even catch what the company was called, no way that was coming from Wales!
