Asian lady saying she was from 118 online asking about a business that had been closed for 5 years in a different town. She just hung up when I wouldn’t give her the new company name

When called there is an American voice recorded message claiming that the call was from Discount Utilities. This caller also uses 01276 743164. The website for discountutilities.co.uk only shows a mobile number 07968 186482, which seems to transfer calls outside of the UK. There is a change in the tone signal after a short period. The website has no contact details or name of owner of the so called business. A company named Discount Utilities Ltd was registered at Companies House in 2013, only supplied dormant company accounts prior to being struck off in April 2018. It is suggested that calls from this caller are ignored, since they are likely to be scam or fraudulent.
