Tr going too get me to renew emergency water leak cover from Thames Water. I don't have this cover.
Apparently from United utilities saying my drain cover needed renewing which I had allegedly taken out in 2022. I said I have no recollection of this and certainly wouldn’t have taken a drain cover out. Caller said they had the policy outstanding in front of them. I just kept replying nope and they put the phone down Also I asked why not showing on my water bill reply was it was entirely separate from the water bill
Emergency drainage cover renewal... That I don't have!
