Called at 13:53 and "Ross" advised me that I may be paying too much for my water bills with Welsh Water. When asked if he had access to my bills he said he didn't. The company name sounded like "Residential" something and when I asked if he had heard of the Telephone Preference Service he told me it doesn't apply as he wasn't selling anything! He asked if I had heard of the company and when I hold him I'd already said I hadn't, he became politely sarcastic and said that was my loss, not his. As I was putting the phone down, it sounded as though he was wishing me a pleasant day!
