Debt collection? Scam? I've had calls and texts from these people, originally from a Manchester number, now from Stratford looking for a Mr John dornan who is unknown to me

This appears to be from Vodafone chasing an outstanding balance. Ive had a letter along with various calls and texts. I pay my bill via DD, am waiting for vodafone to call me back.
