01772 368038 Neutral Who called me from this phone number?

Spot-on Sir - This is Cheshire Referal Service when I called them back. This was/is via my Doctors for a Diabetic Eye Screening appointment.

Had a call today automated at first I said yes - when it put me through to someone they said it’s about a referral which I have 3 of so unsure. I have said I’m not sure what it’s about they asked me for details but I said I’m not comfortable giving that out he has said I will receive a letter with the referral anyway so it’s totally okay.

Got a call from this number today, automated message saying it was about my hospital appointment and asking to state Yes or No if I wanted to speak to an advisor. I didn't say anything and it said you can contact 01925 981880 Mon to Fri. I do have an appointment early March but if someone wants to speak to me, it should be a real person and not an automated message. People are not sure whether these type of calls are scams are not and telling you to ring a number repeatedly makes people unsure if they do whether they are ringing a premium rate number or not.

Found out it is legit

Just had this call again and they left a message asking to call 01925981880 re a hospital referral. Checked the no. given and it is a genuine NHS referral office . Called the number and now booked in at hospital of my choice Do respond to this or at least look up the number they are asking you to call

stated it was a hospital referral - put me on hold saying I would be answered in the order the call was taken aback would not be charged. Obviously a spam as I am not awaiting hospital appointment

Hospital. This is the appointment booking service. For me it was for an endoscopy that I have been waiting for.
