Legitimate call, referral from UW to Citizens Advice / Bournemouth….. UW referred about a month ago, CA called next day. I missed there call…..so they left a voice message to call back to book appointment…. Accidentally deleted all voicemails not long after 😅😩 so I forgot to call etc…… To my surprise and love!!!!! they called back again today 🫶 reminding me to book so they can help me with my UW debt, don't hesitate to take the call! They TRUELY are here to help and advise, having a £950ish debt, 3 redundancies in 3 years, bills and debts crept up. They understand personal situations - helping customers in debt and struggling with upto £1000 credit to offset debt with UW: which would totallly wipe off my debt. 🤩🙏 being on debt management plans already im hoping they can help me tooo. They helped a neighbour a few years ago on the same scheme.
