Clearly, these people are aiming for the low-hanging fruit; they identify themselves as calling "from the mobile phone company"; clearly, "the mobile phone company" needs to work on its scripts. Good for a laugh if you can keep them on the phone for a while. Scam / fraud / malicious intent.

Literally just called me saying they're an 02 phone warehouse and asked me what phone I am currently using. They said they were offering me a promotion. I'm not even with O2, I'm with 3. Told them to delete my number off of the database or I will be reporting them. He hung up, still reporting them anyway.
