I picked up the call as I recognised it as coming from a local area code, so thought it might be genuine. There was no one on the line, not even an automated message so I guess it’s some kind of cold-call or scam.

callling to arrange a loft insulation survey. Claimed they were Loft Surveys Scotland. There is no company registered under this name.
