Wanted to talk about government incentives to insulate home - I said no thank you and put the hone down - said his name wasOliver

They called and hung up and tried again. I blocked them after searching here

Called on landline didn't pick up as I didn't recognise the number, they didn't leave a voice message. Called them back from my mobile (number withheld) and voice messaging stated they were a digital marketing research company -

I also received a call stating he was ringing about my faulty loft insulation and wanted to make an appointment to call for a loft inspection. I told him I was busy and to send me the details in writing. No doubt I won’t receive any further info!

I had the same . When I answered phone he said hello it’s Matthew calling back about the insulation and lagging you had installed recently . I said I didn’t and out the phone down.

Named himself as "Matthew" from "the roof insulation company" but would not give surname or who he represented Started his script 3 times but did not answer when interrupted and asked why he had contacted me. The gist of the message is that the insulation in my loft could be faulty and he was offering a free check.
