01704 776853 Neutral Who called me from this phone number?

When I answered the call, there was the usual delay of a few seconds (huge give-away of Telemarketing centers) before a man with a foreign accent said 'hello?' (sounded like an Indian accent). Instead of engaging with him, I hung up, then rang back. The woman who answered sounded British and did not answer in a professional manner, i.e. instead of answering with the company name and her name, she just said 'hello?' (with lots of Telemarketer / call center noise in the background). I hung up. Called back a few minutes later, same thing. Definitely seems like a Telemarketing center. Not interested and number blocked.
