So glad we didn't answer it as it looks as if it is a SPAM FRAUD caller and they didn't leave a message. I don't answer numbers that are not on my contact list number was 01676 333005
I didnt answer but the previous comments confirm a scam operating under different scamsterish guises. I've blocked the number, but appalled telecommunications cant shut them down and have them prosecuted. My parents were almost duped by criminals posing as a bank clerk from their branch! My mum realised at the last second after my dad had given almost all his info!!!! I have some protection on my phone now and it flags a possible fraudulent number as they are calling! I don't ever answer now figuring if its important they will leave a voicemail
Just called my mobile, but, I don't answer numbers I don't know. Will now be blocked after reading these comments.
They ultimately want your details of your o2 account and others . It’s a scam like all unknown numbers
They said they were ringing as I’m an o2 customer, something about a 30% discount, I pointed out I’m with Virgin , he said it’s the same company. It is but they would know I’m with virgin if they were genuine. I asked what is the offer then? He hung up. Call area code says Coventry , it was a foreign call centre. Would not give my info out even if the call had gone on further !!!!
this is a scam call, hang up straight away and block, they will try to gain access to your online account and scam you.
They called me up stating they are calling from my phone network provider. They said that they have a discounted contract to offer me. They led me into givinh my name, email, address and my account and sort code. Im so upset that there are people that do this.
Indian lady just rang about "my IPhone order". I said I had not placed one and she asked if I shared my information with any of my friends. I said I did not and put the phone down.
A indian man ask me about my broadband service, new the line provider and I said it wasn't working and he rang off, scammer avoid and report
Someone called and told me they were drawing £5078 from my Visa credit card for a car I had purchased. They then asked for my credit card number, then its expiry date and the code at the back as they wanted to make sure who I was.
Recorded message Claimed that a payment for £900 was being taken from my VISA card and to press one if I didn't authorize it. I called the number and it went to a Marketing operation.

Called me and left no message. Another spammer I think.
Despite answering no one responded directly but background non English, possibly asian, chatter could be heard in background with gaps as if connecting to other calls. If genuine they would speak to you. Ignore.
Indian woman offering phone contract, unwanted telemarketing
I didn't answer 01676333005 because my instinct told me it's behind some sort of disorganised scam. It rang for ages, no human would let it ring that long and other users here have confirmed it is indeed a bot calling. Block 01676333005 and report it as spam.
Picked up they ended call within 5 seconds of hearing absolutely nothing
Number called me, on asserting phone there was just silence. After about 10 seconds with no change, I hung up.
Answered the call but no one spoke and then the line went dead.
Claimed to be from O2 (who are my mobile provider) and said they were about to send me a code to get me 45% of my bill for the next six months. I then got a text from the real O2 UK number with a six digit code, but it wasn't a discount code, it was a forgotten password code. They were trying to get into my O2 online account. Do not give them the code!!!
