Called the other day and when I tried to ring back I got a weird automated message. Just had a call from them again today saying about PPI and I am owed £3896...lovely if it was real! They had my address and postcode but then asked for my bank account details. I dont think so 'Jason' from the FCA, when I said I would rather have a cheque he said they were closing the case....that's coz there isn't one!
