0161 520 1248 Negative Who called me from this phone number?

Been getting a lot of calls from this number so answered it earlier, when I asked them who they they was, his reply was credit and fraud Company!! .my reply was ( best of luck ) as I'm going to report you for cold calling, ya scum bag, then he hung up,

very very rude female, asking me about council flat? knew my name, i don't live in a council flat. vey rude

Constantly calling and leave no message. Pain pain pain

had a call from this number asking if I lived in a council house or associated housing

0161 520 1248 keeps ringing and putting phone down sick of it

01615201248 called on 31/08/2021 Female voice saying that they were calling council homes (mine isn't) regarding a grant or help to deal with damp/building issues etc. Politely gave her an earful and was told 'there's no need to be rude' - Best bet when an unidentified number comes up is to follow the suggestion from one of the entries below - just stay silent until they put the phone down - or don't answer at all - and let them leave a message if they are legit.

Called ,but the best way to do deal with it is wait for them to hang up and then delete , ie don't bother answering

Not very professional. Had to milk them for information.

Say they are calling from "Ecohomes" about a government grant. Knew my name and address. Very very abrupt and hung up when I wouldn't confirm my address.
