This is Appliances Online trying to sell extended warranties as the purchase year warranty nears expiry. Unfortunately for them, Yes, I do remember buying my washing machine nearly a year ago. It's just gone wrong. Your bloody redirect lines go through to the wrong manufacturer and it took an hour to arrange for a service engineer to come out over a week later. Yes you have called at a 'bad' time. Go away!

I haven't answered the calls but consent harassment from this number 0161 235 0410. I goggled the number and found it to be Appliance Online warranty service if they harass their customers like this they have lost my future business.
