Suddenly started getting calls from this number, sometimes twice a day. They sent me a text message saying from Mackenzie Hall and asking me to text back quoting an account number which they gave me. I've never answered calls or text, never had a debt other than a mortgage (now paid off) and had new mobile number within last 3 months so how have they got my number and why are they bothering me!

Frequent messages left on answering machine requesting a previous resident at my address to call them back, despite my having previously returned numerous letters to them informing them that the named person was no longer at this address and had left no forwarding address!
