I would never set up anything by phone how do you know they can be trusted with bank details , it might be genuine or they might have a hidden agender using your money for there lottery , not sure saint Giles would sell lottery by ringing people

She called from St Giles, wanting to set up a lottery. I suggested I look online in my own time and I’d join if I was interested as I don’t subscribe to such via cold calls like that. She said I have to do it by phone so they can see how successful the campaign is. It felt a bit pressured to do it by phone rather than raise awareness so I’ve since blocked
