Got a call from them (accident claim) - best way of dealing with these people is to tell you HAVE had an accident in the last 12 months, tell them that you've actually had 7-8 accidents and are just a nightmare driver. Then laugh and hang up - much more satisfying then them calling you names ....... :-)

Company called A&M Legal. I asked the lad why I was receiving this phone call as I have signed up to the TPS. He apologised and said it must've been a mistake and said he would remove my number from the database. . . . . . . until next week when I get a call from another company with a slightly different phone number, probably based in the same call centre.

These people are scum - they wanted me to lie about a road traffic accident -saying that I was injured basically so they can claim their fee. This is fraud.

So one of these people called me to talk about a recent road traffic accident. I asked the caller for more details on the accident, and he only told me that it was within the last three years. Mate. I told him that wasn't very helpful, as my memory isn't too great after the road traffic accident, which I wasn't sure if I had or not. Caller told me that I was being sarcastic, and that I was starting to piss him off. Mate. I told him in somewhat colourful language that he had no right to be "pissed off", as it was me receiving nuisance calls on an almost daily basis. At which point he told me to f@ck off and called me a faggot. Nothing like a good telephone manner to get ahead in life. The company is supposedly called the national advice service, or some such b@llocks.

This number rings me everyday and hangs up when I answer. Absolute pain..

Just got a call off these leeches. The caller got upset when I said I hadn't had an accident and told him to take me from their list, and called me a "Mong" !

Rude, unethical people trying to get me to make a claim for an accident I haven't had. They ring at least once a day, and hang up if I ask for their company name or to speak to a supervisor. Yesterday's caller excelled himself by repeatedly calling me "mate" which just incensed me further.
