Asked for me by name, then addressed me as “Mr (first name)” and asked “How are you today? This generated my usual response of “Why are you asking me for confidential medical information?” He ignored that, and claimed he was from Property Services and could help me with damage to my property. I thanked him for his call and hung up. Umber now blocked!
