Got a call from a guy asking for one of the directors by name. Said he was from Carters regarding a stage 1 completion - don't even know what that means, so complete BS. He's called a few times this year.
wanted a director as they hadn't replied to the email. No context, name, company name given. When I refused to put him through hung up. Rang 30 seconds later, same again. Rude!
similar to the below we had "Rose Brown" call to speak to a director. When i asked where they are calling from "Browns" and "they will know who i am and what the call is about.... yet they have no idea!!
The guy called Jamie Smith called our office, only wanted to speak to a director, pretending he has spoken to him before. He didn't want to say which company he calls from nor what is the nature of the call

Someone asking to speak to a director, soon as they're told they are unable to speak to them, instantly hung up.
Brooke asking for the Director, when asked for the company she said Better, when asked what its regarding just said is the Director not available....to you no. When will they learn that unless they give information on what they are trying to sell they are not getting through!!
A man keeps calling and asking for the director, will not give any more information than "It's Rob Moore, they'll know" I'm afraid they don't...
