Electronic sounding voice claiming to be 'Luke'. It's some kind of A.I. programmed with questions and answers about loft insulation. For best fun, wait till it speaks and then say something at the same time... you'll hear the machine pause while it searches for an answer!! Avoid.
Because I did not answer initially, the caller adopted an abusive and harassing attitude, threatening me with legal action for not answering with my number and/or name. I stated that for GDPR compliance, I was formally advising that the conversation was being recorded and that the calling number would be reported and blocked. At this point the caller's tone and language deteriorated still further and so I closed the call.
