Although gambling is illegal in most jurisdictions of India, Bet365 nonetheless conducted surrogate advertising in the country. India's consumer affairs ministry served notices to various television channels and apps for promoting gambling companies and asked them to stop showing ads from Bet365 and other betting platforms immediately.[35]

Constantly getting texts which I block but still keep coming through and now trying phone calls which I block but still they try.

They are an actual debt collection agency called credit resource solutions however they don't fact check before calling and are great at getting the wrong person. They collect on behalf of hire purchase companies and short term credit lenders like klarna and clear pay.
