Phone flagged as potential spam, so let it go to voicemail, no message left. Reports here and elsewhere confirmed that it's the usual loft insulation scammers.
The cold caller claimed to be representing EE, and offering a 30% discount on my monthly mobile bill. He asked how much I was presently paying a month; when I asked why he didn't have this information already (as he claimed to representing my present provider), he hung up.
