A female voice asked if I was the home owner and said that house and loft insulation installed with a government grant some years ago was now unsafe. I told her I didn't believe her and hung up. The number is now blocked on my phone. The calling number area code was only one digit different from our local code (Evesham) and I thought at first it was a local call.
